Yes. Open the issue in your phone's browser and choose Add photos. You can take a photo there and then, or choose ones you've already taken. Each photo keeps the date, time and place it was taken. More about photos
To keep prices low, LetResolve rests when nobody is using it. The first visit after a quiet spell can take up to a minute while it wakes up, and after that it's quick. More
Open the issue, write what was done in Resolution, and choose Mark resolved. The status and today's date are set for you. More
Only you and the people you invite. No other landlord can ever see your records. If LetResolve's administrator looks at your account to help you, they can only read, and every page they open is recorded in your History. More
Usually, yes. Deleted issues and properties are kept and can be restored, and deleted files can often be recovered within 7 days. Contact us as soon as you can. More
Mark every damp or mould issue with Damp or mould: Yes. Then run the Damp & mould register under Reports. It lists every case with the days it took, ready to print or download. More
Every account has a landlord, and can have as many users as you need. Users can do the day-to-day work. Only landlords can delete records, manage the team, see the History and use Ask LetResolve.
