Running a report
- Choose Reports in the menu. The Damp & mould register opens first.
- Choose another report from the cards at the top of the page if you need one.
- The report appears straight away, with the number of rows it found.
- Choose Download CSV or Print if you need a copy.
The six reports
Damp & mould register
Every damp report with days to resolve. Lists every issue marked Damp or mould, with the property, the dates it was reported and resolved, the number of days it took and its status. Issues that are still open show the days so far, in red.
This is the report to produce if you're ever asked how quickly you responded to damp or mould.
Open issues
Everything unresolved, worst first. Every open issue with its priority, status, days open and who it's assigned to. It's a good list to work through each week.
Outsourcing required
Open work waiting on a contractor. Open issues marked Outsource required?, with priority, days open and who they're assigned to. It's the list to work from when you're booking tradespeople.
Resolution times
Average days to resolve, by property. For each property: how many issues have been resolved, the average number of days they took, and the longest. Only resolved issues count, because mixing in open ones would make the average meaningless.
Issues by property
Volume and open count: where the trouble is. For each property: open, resolved and total issues, and the date of the oldest open one. It helps you spot a property that needs bigger investment.
Activity by person
Who has been keeping the log up to date. For each person: how many records they've created and edited, and their total changes. It's built from the History.
Downloading a spreadsheet
Choose Download CSV. The file is named after the report and today's date, such as letresolve-damp-register-2026-10-09.csv, and opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets with addresses and special characters intact.
Printing, or saving as a PDF
- Open the report and choose Print.
- Choose your printer. To keep a PDF instead, choose Save as PDF (or Microsoft Print to PDF on Windows) as the printer.
Exporting the Issue Log
Need a list the reports don't cover? Filter the Issue Log however you like, then choose Export this view. How exporting the Issue Log works.
Getting the most from reports
- Before an inspection or a dispute: print the Damp & mould register, along with the pages of the issues concerned and their photos.
- When booking trades: work through Outsourcing required.
- Once a year: look at Resolution times and Issues by property together, to see where repairs take longest and which property needs attention.
- Keep dates accurate: reports are only as good as the dates reported and resolved, so set them carefully when logging older issues.
